How It Works
After a help ticket has been processed, our certified remote support technicians can connect from our Memphis based office, via the internet, to your Windows based PC (XP or higher). Since we use the latest RC4 encryption standards, our connection is secure and un-hackable. You simply run a remote support module that will be sent to you via email after checkout; a technician will automatically connect and start your service. Once the service has been completed and your PC repaired the software automatically removes itself from your computer.
